Step 1: Choose how to connect
Getting your pieces to us is flexible and easy and as personalised to you as you'd like your mends to be! We offer:
quick studio drop-off
minimum service fee of $30, ideal for bundled small repairs where no fitting necessary
pop-in studio consultation
minimum service fee of $55
includes 20 minutes of fitting and pinning, ideal for one or two garments needing simple alterations like hems or minor shaping
in-home wardrobe consultation
$35 call-out fee + $80 minimum service fee
in-home visits typically take 30 to 60 minutes depending on your pile of clothes
Step 2: Agreeing on the plan and quote
Every garment tells a story, and we guide you through the creative possibilities. Before or during your drop-off, pop-in, or in-home consultation, we explore options together—whether you prefer seamless, invisible repairs or expressive, visible mending with decorative stitching. For complex tailoring and bespoke mends, we send a clear time and cost estimate for your approval before needle touches fabric.
Step 3: Mending, turnaround, and collection
Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days. If you are on a deadline, we offer a priority service (3–4 days) and urgent fixes under 48 hours when studio capacity allows, for an additional 50% service fee. Once your mends are finished, your final invoice will be sent and a collection time organised.
